Known for her role as Elektra Natchios in Netflix’s Daredevil and The Defenders, Élodie Yung is returning to television screens on January 3rd, 2022 as Thony De La Rosa in The Cleaning Lady. Thony is a Cambodian doctor who moves to the United States for her son’s medical treatment but ends up having to work as a custodian for mobsters, cleaning up the evidence of their crimes.
The series is produced by Warner Bros. Television and Fox Entertainment. Executive producers include pilot writer Miranda Kwok, showrunner Melissa Carter, Shay Mitchell, David Dean Portelli, Rose Marie Vega, and Paola Suarez. Michael Offer directs and executive produces the pilot. The series also stars Oliver Hudson, Adan Canto, Martha Millan, Valentino LaSalle, and Sebastien LaSalle.
