It’s been over a year since Peacemaker series launched on HBO Max with John Cena reprising his role as the titular hero. Continuing the character’s story after the events of The Suicide Squad, the TV show was a hit with fans and critics, in particular that phenomenal opening credits dance sequence. With James Gunn assuming his role as co-head of DC Studios, it’ll likely be awhile before the promised second season arrives. In any event, based on the plethora of merchandise a clear demand for the character. To that end, Cryptozoic Entertainment has launched a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to produce Dancing Peacemaker Bobble Figure.
The crowdfunding campaign is at the halfway point and has already raised two thirds of its funding $15,000 goal. Fans looking to add this tchotchke to their collection had better donate ASAP!

Cryptozoic Entertainment, leading creator of tabletop games, trading cards, and collectibles, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products and DC, has launched a new Kickstarter campaign for the Dancing Peacemaker Bobble Figure. Based on the Max Original series “Peacemaker,” the 6.25-inch collectible celebrates the series’ memorable, choreographed opening credits. The Kickstarter launches March 28 and will feature a video that pays tribute to the opening credits, complete with Wig Wam’s song, “Do Ya Wanna Taste It.” Fans can contribute to the campaign now.
During the campaign, backers will be able to preorder three different versions of the figure. The Core Edition, the only version going to retailers later this year, is straight out of the opening credits and is offered for a reduced price during the Kickstarter window. The Bloody Edition reflects the character’s propensity for bloody confrontations and is a Cryptozoic Exclusive, only available directly from the company. Finally, the Gold Edition is an eye-catching variant available exclusively to backers during the campaign. The Kickstarter will allow collectors to get one, two, or all three editions, plus they can get the exclusive stretch goals that will be unlocked.

The Dancing Peacemaker Bobble Figure Kickstarter begins March 28 and runs for 30 days, with pledge tiers starting at $35. Stretch goals, when unlocked, will add upgrades and additional items to backers’ orders. Preorders are expected to be delivered to backers in October. The retail release of the Core Edition bobble figure will follow before the end of the year.
