On the scene: Amazing Arizona Comic Con kicks off 2013 on the right foot
The only cons I like better then ones that I can ride my bicycle to are cons that only take an hour and a half drive. Sometimes the commute is intimidating and it's much easier to just stay home. Amazing Arizona Comic Con gave me too many reasons to not miss this event.
Badge-o-ween update: SDCC pro passes are STILL available.
I've been informed that despite 2013 Comic-Con professional badge registration being shut down yesterday that was only a logistical consideration, and you can in fact apply for you pro badge right now. There is not an infinite supply, but there are many available. So get in there.

Kramer was first arrested in August 25, 2000, on accusations that he sexually abused three teenage boys. Kramer resigned from Dragon Con that year, and has been uninvolved from the show since then. (Some guests expressed on Twitter that with the recent news they will never go back to that convention again, unaware that Kramer is long gone.)
