Every so often I take a little snapshot of what’s selling ion Amazon, iBooks and elsewhere. It’s only a moment in time for most of these, but trends emerge. For more detailed analysis I direct you to our own David Carter’s weekly Amazon charts.

AMAZON

#1: Death Note (All-in-One Edition)
#2: Star Wars: Darth Vader Vol. 1: Vader (Darth Vader (2015-2016))
#3: Deadpool, Vol. 1: Secret Invasion

#7: Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 1: Cosmic Avengers
#8: Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic
#9: Star Wars Vol. 1: Skywalker Strikes (Star Wars (2015-))
#10: Captain Marvel Vol. 1: Higher, Further, Faster, More

— huh, well that Netflix Death Note movie wasn’t received with much enthusiasm but there’s a bump for it for the week. Otherwise, both Ms Marvel and Captain Marvel seem to be doing okay, despite the naysayers out there.

  1. For the Marvel stuff on Amazon (and even some of the others, like Attack on Titan volume 1), I wonder if they count people “checking out” items via Prime Reading on the charts. All of those items are in Prime Reading right now.

  2. @mazzm
Possibly? It’s also available to read for free for the millions of Prime and/or Kindle Unlimited subscribers (which is a good thing!).

Just kinda wish they’d separate out Kindle Unlimied from Paid.
