I had been interested in reading Josh Simmons and Patrick Keck’s Twilight of the Bat since reading the review from Joe McCulloch on The Comics Journal. I almost got a copy at the TCAF store back in May, but someone bought the last copy just as I was about to pick it up. I had a feeling I’d never get to read it at all, until this morning, when the 20 page comic was posted on Study Group Comics in it’s entirety…and it’s free!
Essentially, in the post-apocalypse, a Batman-like character comes across a Joker-like character, they may very well be the only two people left alive. What will ever become of them.
You can read Twilight of the Bat in it’s entirety over at Study Group Comics. You can even get a print copy over at Cold Cube Press
