Lost City Explorers is a relatively new comic. It debuted in June from Aftershock and there are only two issues out so far. However, it is once again proved you don’t need to have very many issues (if any) in print to get a TV deal. Deadline reports the Zack Kaplan / Alvaro Sarraseca comic is being developed as a TV series by Universal Television.
The comic concerns a group of teens exploring ancient tunnels under New York City that lead to Atlantis.
Kaplan is attached as an executive producer, along with Aftershock’s Jon Kramer and Lee Kramer.
