Maia Kobabe is an Ignatz Award nominated cartoonist who lives in Colorado, probably best known for comics like Tom o’Bedlam, a gorgeous fairy tale reimagination.
Kobabe identifies as genderqueer and in a comic of the same name explores the changes in eir life and attitudes with humor and a nice ink line. It runs occasionally on eir Instagram account.
