Can you believe that it’s been 20 years since Lego first debuted their Star Wars Legos? The company is celebrating this milestone in a big way. At Toy Fair, Lego showcased new sets marking this milestone anniversary. These special sets are based on long-discontinued sets and each include a mini-fig based on how the Star Wars mini-figs looked in 1999. We’re talking classic yellow faces here.
Lego is not just looking to the past though. The company displayed many new Star Wars sets debuting in 2019. The sets span all the movies and TV shows.
Some of the sets even have working firing parts with targets! Hmm, I wonder if a rocket-firing Lego Boba Fett mini-fig is in our future.
