While this isn’t the first trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming, it’s the first real look we’ve gotten at Michael Keaton’s take on Adrian Toomes/The Vulture, and his general reasoning behind becoming a bad guy in this upcoming re-do of the Spider-Man franchise – this time in the hands of Marvel Studios.

As you can see, there’s plenty of “Spider-Man” type dilemmas here, including the old stand-by: “holding something huge together with his webbing”, and as promised, lots and lots of Tony Stark as his mentor. Also, there may be too much plot overall in this bit of marketing…steer clear if you’re averse to that sort of thing.

Spider-Man: Homecoming opens on July 7th.

  1. Hate the posters but I mostly liked this. Not really a huge Spider-Man fan but I enjoyed it. Vulture was pretty cool.
