The war against the Supes continues and in the words of Karl Urban’s Billy Butcher, it’s looking pretty “f*cking diabolical.” The Boys season 2 teaser trailer hit today, and in just a minute and a half, it has our antiheroes up against old foes, new foes, and a whole bunch of blood and violence.

The first season of the streaming show perfectly brought Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson’s comic series to life, making it an instant hit after its debut this July. Filming for a second season began quickly, as did the buzz surrounding it.

The trailer features no dialogue and begins quietly with Homelander flying in, blood splattered across his handsome, crazy face. That’s when the action kicks in set against a pounding rock soundtrack. The closest human sound we get is Butcher’s tea sipping at the end as he flashes his sly grin.
