Children's book illustrator/cartoonist Rhode Montijo sent along some pages from his new book The Halloween Kid -- on his Web site, he's got some activity pages with things like mask cut-outs and mazes. Good stuff.

The CBLDF board is having a meeting today. And Neil Gaiman has been doodling. Not to worry ...the doodles have been donated to the CBLDF to be auctioned off. A productive meeting indeed.

While looking up New York Comic Con schedules, we found the above Batman commission by Paolo Rivera, who has worked almost exclusively for Marvel. But in the comments he notes he would love to draw Batman "some day"...hint hint hint.

Rude is running a bunch of auctions at bargain prices. Rude is a much-beloved comics creator who is among the premiere artists of his generation and this is no charity but the chance to own some iconic art that will only increase in value.
