Hotly anticipated and hot looking villain, The Huntress, will be making her debut on the CW’s Arrow on November 28th. The show continues to do well in the ratings, with the ratings up 21% week to week in total viewers (via EW and Deadline)

The Rock will be starring in an adaptation of the 2008 Hercules comic mini series from Radical Publishing (via THR)

Producers Stephanie Thorpe and Paula Rhodes have acquired the rights to Elf Quest. The independent producers previously made the live action short, Elf Quest: A Fan Imagining, which you can view at the link (via Variety)

Matt Smith talked to Screenrant about his run as the 11th doctor on Doctor Who. Neil Gaiman’s second Dr. Who episode will be about the return of the Cybermen (via Screenrant and Deadline)

Oh, and the 10th doctor, David Tennant, is voicing a droid on Star Wars: The Clone Wars (via BoingBoing)

Which brings us to the plethora of Disney’s Star Wars news/rumors: As Heidi reported yesterday, Michael Arndt of Little Miss Sunshine and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire fame, wrote a treatment for Star Wars 7, while Celebuzz reports that indie darling director, Colin Trevorrow(Safety Not Guaranteed), is being tossed around as a potential director of the flick, and now Harrison Ford is rumored to be joining the ranks of Carrie Fisher and Mark Hammill in officially mulling over reprising their old Star Wars selves…(via The Beat, Celebuzz, and THR)

Also, one more interesting Star Wars rumors (this one substantiated by shadowy Disney sources), Star Wars: The Clone Wars is rumored to be moving from Cartoon Network to Disney XD when Turner’s license runs out next year (via Hollywood.com)

BIG TIME SPOILER ALERT!!! OMG! Did you see The Walking Dead last week??! I DID NOT think they would go there that fast. The consensus among many of my friends is that this season is killing it and my associates include many people who fell out of fallen The Walking Dead TV fold back around the middle of season one. Here is are a bunch of interviews with the unexpectedly dead lady from last week and here is one with showrunner, Glen Mazzara, who reaffirms that TV cannon Governor will be different from Comic Book cannon Governor (via E!   1. Can’t see why Carrie Fischer wouldn’t want to do another Star Wars. She had a bit part in a video game I played recently (Dishonored). Mark Hamill has always been a fan of SW, so he seems like he’d do it. Ford wanted to jump back in the Indiana Jones roll so badly, which makes me think he’d like to give Han Solo another try. This could be really cool, if done right and if Lucas has no involvement (you probably saw that jab coming). Just don’t water it down, Disney!!
