For many folks living in the USA, the fourth of July means fireworks, cookouts, and parties with friends. However, Netflix is going to make this upcoming holiday a littler stranger. Stranger Things season three drops in just under a month on the streaming platform, and a new poster has debuted for fans of all things Upside Down. The poster is designed by artist Kyle Lambert who has previously crafted illustrations for the show.

The poster promises more 80s fun with the return of our favorite creature hunting friends including Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Will (Noah Schnapp), and Max (Sadie Sink); it also teases new characters such as Robin (Maya Hawke) and returning characters made more prominent such as Erica Sinclair (Priah Ferguson), who’s Lucas’ sister.

The threat of a new, gnarly-looking monster lurks under our heroes, and new locations for the show are teased such as Starcourt Mall. The mall seems to be a big element of this season with previous promotional material showing that characters Robin and fan-favorite bat boy Steve work there. How will our protagonists enjoy their summers while also getting their town Hawkins back upright and normal? We’ll find out soon when all episodes of Stranger Things 3 release on July 4 on Netflix.
