It’s been almost a year since Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse twipped its way into theaters and into all of our hearts.

A true love letter to all things Spidey, everyone involved from the animators to the actors produced something that will stand the test of time. Hands down though, a highlight had to be seeing Peter Porker a.k.a. The Spectacular Spider-Ham brought to life with acclaimed comedian John Mulaney providing the voice to boot! It looks like things are finally coming up Spider-Ham best exemplified by the newly announced Spider-Ham mini in the Marvel September solicitations.

Earlier this year when the Into the Spider-Verse Blu-ray/DVD details, it was announced that a special cartoon short “Spider-Ham: Caught in a Ham” would be included.

For those who opted not to buy the DVD for whatever reason, good news! The Marvel HQ YouTube channel has released the full Spider-Ham cartoon short online for the viewing pleasure of everyone.

A delightful throwback to classic Looney Tunes most of us grew up with, in this 4-minute prequel short, Peter Porker face off against the malevolent Doctor Crawdaddy voiced by Aaron LaPlante.

With any luck, this won’t be the last time we see John Mulaney providing the vocals.

Check it out!
