A week after Mortal Kombat Lengends: Scorpion’s Revenge animated film was released on Digital and the virtual viewing party and online panel, Warner Bros. Home Enterainment has unveiled a new clip from the film that Sonya Blade battling the elusive Reptile in the middle of the jungle. Sonya Blade is voiced by Jennifer Carpenter (Dexter, Batman: Gotham by Gaslight).
For those that saw the 1995 live-action Mortal Kombat movie, you will probably recall that Reptile was depicted as a CGI bipedal lizard brought to life by some truly awful effects, even for the time period. Thankfully, the animated film opted to go with a more accurate version of the character.
Produced by Warner Bros. Animation in coordination with NeatherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, the all-new, feature-length film arrives on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack, Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD on April 28, 2020 and is now available on Digital.
