We’ve been following Uncharted Wilderness Studios’ sci-fi comedy series The World of Tomorrow and now Issue #4 is available this week. Debuting today, the fourth installment of the six-issue series “finds Captain Cal Armstrong and (reluctant) sidekick, Johnnie, barely surviving the bus crash from the end of Issue 3. Captain Cal escapes to (what he believes is) a safe-house location on an alien planet, only to find himself in simultaneous life-or-death rematches with both Randy and Mr. Z’s gang. Will Captain Cal come through, or has his luck finally run out?” The issue also sees the return of “familiar and not too welcome” characters.

Writer Giles Clarke said in a statement, “This issue is all about second chances. We get a glimpse as to what might be the driving force behind Craig Barstow’s split personality, and how that new personality helps him deal with adversities, both physical and emotional. We’ve seen him battle and fail against these adversities in previous issues. Maybe this time, with the help of Captain Cal, Craig will come out on top.”

The entire original art team continues their run on this series:
