Saturday is here, and so is Weekend Reading 146! As usual, we’ll be spending our weekend holed up inside Stately Beat Manor, getting lost in a good book.

What will you be paging through this weekend? The Beat wants to hear from you! Let us know, right here in the comment section or over on social media @comicsbeat

Weekend Reading 146: Madame Cat & Demon Slayer – Kimetsu No Yaiba

AVERY KAPLAN: This weekend, I’ll be checking out Madame Cat by Nancy Peña. This book immediately gets bonus points for having pull quotes on the dust jacket flap taken from fabricated feline-themed publications like “The Hollywood Repawter” and “Rolling Ball.” Then, I’ll be checking out Demon Slayer – Kimetsu No Yaiba by Koyoharu Gotouge. I don’t really have any idea what this one is about, but Rebecca Oliver Kaplan brought it home from a Target run, and it isn’t like I’m not going to read a comic that’s just lying around…

Weekend Reading 146: Wonder Woman Historia Book Three.

TAIMUR DAR: The final issue of Wonder Woman Historia: The Amazons #3 by Kelly Sue DeConnick and Nicola Scott has been sitting in my read pile for awhile now so I mean to finally take time this weekend to read it.
