She-Ra and the Princesses of Power season three debuts in its entirety on Netflix this Friday, and as we mentioned in our spoiler-free review, Catra (AJ Michalka) totally steals the show. A new clip shared on DreamWorks’ official She-Ra Twitter account gives audiences just a taste of what’s to come for the Force Captain, whose mission to undermine her ex-best friend Adora steps it up a notch (or ten) in the new season.

On Tuesday, @DreamWorksSheRa shared a 4:08 clip where Catra faces off against Tung Lashor, a gang leader in the Crimson Waste who talks a big game and carries a big whip. Like, a really big whip. He seems particularly hellbent on taking down Huntara (Geena Davis), whom we also meet in season three.

But Catra — armed with Scorpia, a new jacket and two new companions — quite literally laughs in his face. What happens next demonstrates not just her thirst for power, but her desire to win any challenge with which she’s faced, no matter how dangerous. It’s also, quite frankly, a really cool fight scene that helps set the tone for all of the Crimson Waste content in the new season.
