Today, a number of indie comics creators including Ed Brisson, Ryan Ferrier, Tini Howard, Curt Pires, Fabian Rangel Jr., and Chris Sebela announced the launch of Two-Headed Press, a new publishing imprint that call themselves a “mutant collective designed to make books. Lots of books.”
The publisher debuted its first title yesterday with the launch of Rangel’s, Javier Caba’s, Ferrier’s, and Dylan Todd’s Kickstarter for Blood Brothers (Hermanos de Sangre), a “supernatural pulp story with fantasy elements.” Other titles planned for launch under the Two Headed Press banner include The Violent Vol. 2: Running with the Devil, Reality by Pires and Alex Diotto, and a new untitled work credited to Sebela, George Kambaidis, Lesley Atlansky, and Todd.
Each book will run its Kickstarter campaigns independently, but the line is “curated” by the entire group of creators. They also plan to unite for “cross-promotion, endorsement and behind the scenes advising to help.”
