After three long years, The Dragon Prince is finally back at San Diego Comic-Con! Giving us a glimpse into the upcoming fourth season with the premiere of its first episode, “ReBirthday,” co-creators Aaron Ehasz and Justin Richmond discuss what to look forward to alongside executive producer Villads Spangsberg, lead writer Devon Giehl, and voice actors Jack de Sena (Callum) and Raquel Belmonte (Claudia).

The cast reveals that fans did not see the full ending of the final episode of Season 3 and the next season picks up right where they left off. Or so they thought, as it’s revealed that Viren (Jason Simpson) has been revived by his daughter Claudia and that two years have passed, pushing us into the newest plot of The Dragon Prince.

Alluding to disastrous things to come, fans can only speculate the possibilities as they will have to wait for The Dragon Prince Book Four: Earth to release in November. Until then fans will have to make do with the newest graphic novel in The Dragon Prince Series, “The Bloodmoon Huntress.” The announcement of a new graphic novel “The Puzzle House” starring Claudia is set to release in 2023, and a three-minute clip of the first episode of Season 4 is on their official YouTube channel.

Tune into Netflix this fall to see what’s in store for Callum, Rayla, and Ezran as our heroes take on their next big adventure.
