Do you have a plan in place for May the Fourth, the unofficial Star Wars holiday? With the fate of August’s Star Wars Celebration convention in question, ReedPop has organized a two-day online event to celebrate a galaxy far, far away, and anyone with access to the internet can take part!

The events will include Live Tweets of Star Wars movies hosted by the Twitter accounts for various ReedPop conventions. On May 4th, Live Tweets of the three movies in the original Star Wars trilogy are scheduled, as well as a Live Tweet of the series finale of the animated Star Wars: The Clone Wars, which will be released on Disney+ that day.

On May 5th, or “Revenge of the Fifth,” the day starts bright and early with a Live Tweet of Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, followed by Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker (released on Disney+ the day before) and Solo Live Tweets later in the day.

In addition to Live Tweets, the scheduled events also include Facebook-streamed Q&As with Ashley Eckstein (the voice of Ahsoka Tano on The Clone Wars) and Vanessa Marshall (the voice of Hera Syndulla on Star Wars Rebels) on May 4th.

And on May 5th, a Star Wars comics roundtable will be live streamed on Facebook, featuring Charles Soule, Greg Pak, Jody Houser, and Kieron Gillen.

For the full schedule of online events planned, including interviews with the authors of some of your favorite Star Wars books and a live stream of a game of the Scum & Villany RPG by Dicebreaker, check out the ReedPop website for the event.

Although May the Fourth was initially the unofficial day for fans to celebrate Star Wars,  it has become increasingly official in recent years.
