The third Young Animal title, Cave Carson Has A Cybernetic Eye, makes its debut next week. That leaves only one comic left from the imprint’s launch to be seen, Mother Panic.

Written by Jody Houser, with art by Tommy Lee Edwards, this looks to be a unique spin on the Gotham vigilante.

This first issue will include a backup story by Jim Krueger and Phil Hester, and will be offered with variant covers by Paul Pope, Bengal, and Edwards. Mother Panic releases on November 9th.

Meet Violet Paige, a celebutante with a bad attitude and a temper to match, who no one suspects of having anything lying beneath the surface of her outrageous exploits. But Violet isn’t just another bored heiress in the upper echelons of Gotham City’s elite. Motivated by her traumatic youth, Violet seeks to exact vengeance on her privileged peers as the terrifying new vigilante known only as Mother Panic.
