Arriving in comic shops today (9/26), High Heaven is a five issue mini-series from Ahoy.  It’s also pretty dark (as you can see below) and for mature readers.  The lead feature by Tom Peyer and Greg Scott concerns what happens when a malcontent arrives in Heaven and finds that everyone hates a complainer.  There’s a Hashtag: Danger back-up by Peyer and Chris Giarrusso, a Shannon Wheeler cartoon and finally Rick Geary illustrates “Festive Funtimes at the New World’s Fair,” a prose story by Grant Morrison.

Official PR follows and then a preview:

Backup story by Tom Peyer, art by Chris Giarrusso (G-ManMini-Marvels). AND AND! A cartoon by Shannon Wheeler, and an all-new text story by comics legend Grant Morrison: FESTIVE FUNTIMES AT THE NEW WORLD’S FAIR, illustrated by Rick Geary!

Painted cover by Richard Williams (MAD).

And let’s not forget the back-up
