With the incredibly popular manga and anime Naruto coming to an end, (true) fans are being treated to a brand new one-shot featuring Boruto, the son of the titular character in the last series in manga form. With Naruto fulfilling his dreams and becoming the seventh Hokage (the strongest ninja in the Hidden Leaf village,) the narrative torch has been passed down to his son — who strives to surpass his father’s important role.

Those that attend the screening will be offered one of two gifts by Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto containing two fans with the emblems of Naruto and Sasuke painted on each — a perfect opportunity to show if you are a true fan!

The Anime News Network and Comic Natalie posted a preview on a previously hidden Naruto chapter entitled: “The Day Naruto Became a Hokage,” the piece, originally known as “Naruto ga Hokage ni Natta Hi” will be printed with the final chapter of Naruto in full color. The print run contains two million copies.

The book functions as a tie-in to the upcoming film known as Boruto: Naruto the Movie which debuts August 7th in Japan. The following preview pages contain a sneak peek at the book that contains the last Naruto chapter and first Boruto story.
