On day two of NYCC, Abrams Editor-In-Chief Charles Kochman, along with Executive Editor Charlotte Greenbaum and Editor Connor Leonard, previewed upcoming graphic novels from Abrams ComicArts, Abrams Fanfare, and Abrams. Joining them on the panel were writers Kevin J. Anderson and Victoria Setian, and artist Raúl Allén.
Highlights included Anderson’s follow-up to his Dune: The Graphic Novel Trilogy with the Michael Shelfer-illustrated Dune Messiah: The Graphic Novel, and his collaboration with Allén and Patricia Martin on Doctor Strange: Endless Nightmare.
Setian spoke about her second book, We Unfashioned Creatures, a retelling of the Dracula mythos with artist Savanna Ganucheau.
Along with those title announcements were a wave of childrens books, Manga and coffee table books.
