Creator-founded small press DSTLRY has announced its New York Comic Con schedule and convention-exclusive preview ashcan of two of its upcoming series.
The publisher is offering exclusive variant covers by Jock and Emma Price for its sold-out debut release, The Devil’s Cut, in collaboration with ComicSketchArt, Cadence Comic Art, and Scott’s Collectibles, seen below.
Everyone who purchases one of these convention-exclusive variants of The Devil’s Cut will also receive a free, black-and-white flip ashcan that previews the upcoming series Gone, written and illustrated by Jock, and Somna, written and illustrated by Becky Cloonan and Tula Lotay. Gone, a sprawling sci-fi adventure, will be available in stores on October 25 and Somna, an erotic folk-horror/thriller, will be available in stores on November 22.
Anyone who isn’t in attendance at NYCC but still wants to preview DSTLRY’s next comic, Gone, can do so online. The publisher has released the first five, full-color pages of the 48-page, premium format first issue, seen below alongside covers.
DSTLRY Signing Schedule
DSTLRY founders Jock, Lotay, Mirka Andolfo, Lee Garbett, Ram V, Scott Snyder, and James Tynion IV will be on-site at NYCC to sign copies of The Devil’s Cut and the Gone/Somna ashcan across signing areas for Scott’s Collectables, ComicSketchArt, and Cadence Comic Art.
