Marvel has announced its exclusive line of NYCC merch and wallets everywhere are shrieking out in fear. The publisher is dishing out spirit jerseys, t-shirts, pins and, of course, variant covers for House of X #5, Marvel Comics #1001, Strikeforce #1 and Ghost Rider #1.
If you love swag, hopefully you’ll be at NYCC everyday this year, since Marvel has four different spirit jerseys exclusive to the day. Thursday brings a Deadpool jersey, followed by Punisher on Friday, then, following the HoX/PoX hype, a Xavier’s School version on Saturday, and a Captain America design to wrap things up on Sunday.
Also available in the wearable Marvel merch department is a set of NYCC ’19 exclusive t-shirts and a jacket. These will be available through the entire run of the con, so long as they don’t sell out. Designs range from Endgame references (hello America’s Ass) to a few deep cuts and character designs. If you want to know before you go, or simply want to see what you’re missing out on, check out the image below or, for more detail, here.
If you nab one of those shirts and find yourself thinking ‘wow I’d love to stab a pin through this,’ look no further. Marvel’s also put together four NYCC exclusive sets of pins, each wonderfully vintage to mark the publisher’s 80th year of business. You’ll want to secure these early; only 500 character packs and 120 logo packs are being made.
If you’d prefer actual comics, Marvel has you covered there, too with a few special variants which you can check out below.
