After successful debuts this fall, Vault Comics has announced that three of its new series will be renewed for exciting new story arcs in 2020.
Sera and The Royal Stars will begin its second arc in February with issue #6. The epic fantasy series written by Jon Tsuei (Run Love Kill), drawn by Audrey Mok (Archie), colored by Raúl Angulo (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), lettered by Jim Campbell (Wasted Space), and designed by Tim Daniel will see its first arc collected in a trade paperback edition in January 2020.
The Plot will begin its second arc in April 2020 with issue #5. The first horror series published under Nightfall, Vault’s autumnal horror imprint, the title is written by Tim Daniel (Fissure, Enormous) and Michael Moreci (Wasted Space, Mall), drawn by Joshua Hixson (Shangai Red), colored by Jordan Boyd (Deadly Class), lettered by Jim Campbell (Wasted Space), and designed by Tim Daniel. The first arc will be collected in trade paperback in February.
Finally, Money Shot will begin its second arc with issue #6 in April. Vault’s sexy sci-fi series written by Tim Seeley (Grayson, Revival) and comedian Sarah Beattie (Saturday Night Live) was a best-selling, sold out hit series from the start. It also features art by Rebekah Isaacs (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), colors by Kurt Michael Russell (Hack/Slash), and letters by Crank! (Rick and Morty). The first arc will be collected in a trade paperback edition in March.
In addition to the three above series, there are two titles that will be returning in 2020. Heathen’s long-awaited third arc begins in February, with artist Ashley A. Woods joining the creative team. Wasted Space began its critically acclaimed third arc in November 2019 and will continue into next year.
