Kieron Gillen and Stephanie Hans’ new comic Die—ostensibly a story about D&D and the darkness of getting/being older—has yet another life-extending enchantment, with publisher Image Comics announcing new printings for its first two issues.

Die #1 is getting a third print, due to hit shops on Feb. 20, while Die #2 will get a second print that’s slated for release on Feb. 13. Meanwhile, fans who are still waiting for the next turn (these RPG puns all suck and I’m sorry) need look no further than Feb. 6, which is the date of release for Die #3.

I’ll drop the full PR from Image in a moment, but first can I just say that this is a seriously excellent comic that most folks should be reading? Okay. Full PR from Image is below:

Image Comics is pleased to announce that New York Times bestselling creator Kieron Gillen (The Wicked + The Divine) and artist Stephanie Hans’ Die #1 will be rushed to a third printing in order to keep up with growing demand.

Die is a pitch-black fantasy where a group of adults have to deal with the returning unearthly horror they barely survived as teenage role-players. The series is perhaps best described as “Goth Jumanji”—but that only captures a sliver of what you’ll find in this series where fantasy gets all too real.

Die #1, 3rd printing (Diamond Code DEC188797) will be available on Wednesday, Feb 20. The final order cutoff deadline for comic shop retailers is Monday, Jan 28.

Die #2, 2nd printing (Diamond Code DEC188162) will be available on Wednesday, Feb 13.

Die #3 Cover A by Hans (Diamond Code DEC180240) and Die #3 Cover B by Bartel (Diamond Code DEC180241) will be available on Wednesday, Feb 6.

Fans can also subscribe to receive the series delivered by mail within the domestic U.S. on Image Direct.

Die is also available for purchase across many digital platforms, including the official Image Comics iOS app, Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, comiXology, and Google Play.
