We were teased once before and had our hearts broken, but a new set of rumors has hit the Twitterverse about the much-anticipated trailer for Avengers 4. According to “sources”, fans will get to see their favorite team Wednesday morning during Good Morning America’s broadcast. According to other rumors, originally this was Captain Marvel’s trailer spot, with Avengers 4 debuting during Monday night football tonight. Now it seems Marvel has flipped their plans, giving Carol Danvers the spotlight first.
If the rumors are true, it is probably best for Captain Marvel to get its buzz going earlier than the followup to Infinity War. While it seems tonight’s trailer drop is the real deal, with Brie Larson herself advertising it, we’ll have to wait for Wednesday morning to see if we’ve been punked again.
