After unveiling a teaser back in October, today Prime Video released a trailer for Invincible Season 4. The much-anticipated new season which will premiere on Prime Video on March 18, 2026.
As previously announced, Invincible Season 4 will introduce major new villains from the comics including Dinosaurus voiced by Matthew Rhys and Viltrumite Emperor Thragg voiced by Lee Pace. Earlier this week, it was also announced that the season will also feature Universa voiced by none other than Danai Gurira, yet another alumnus from The Walking Dead to be cast in the series.
For those familiar with the original Invincible comics, it doesn’t come as a surprise that this season will tackle the epic “Viltrumite War” storyline that sees the titular character takes the fight against the Viltrumite Empire joined by both familiar and unexpected allies. The Invincible Season 4 trailer also teased a showdown with the forces of Hell that never occurred in the comics but creator Robert Kirkman revealed in an interview he had wanted to do in the comics but never got around to.
