What happens when the Warrior Princess and her best companion Gabrielle end up in Alaska? And with the depowered, and dastardly, god Discord in tow? Fans are about to found out in Xena: Warrior Princess #4 hitting stores this week.

Last time we saw the group, Xena was stuck in the Mirador Basin of Mexico and ordered to steal a feather from Quetzalcoatl in The Temple Of Q’uq’umatz. It seems she and her pals must continue their world tour, which keeps forcing our favorite heroine to take orders from others, something she absolutely despises.

Brought to you by writer Vita Ayala (Shuri, Wonder Woman) and artist Erica D’urso (Life of Captain Marvel), this next installment of the new ongoing series from Dynamite Comics finds the trio about to make yet another deal to escape (this time from a much chillier location than Mexico) to get back home. The issue also features covers by artists David Mack, Rachel Stott, and Paulina Ganucheau.

Fans can purchase their copy of Xena: Warrior Princess #4 on Wednesday July 10. You can also head to Dynamite’s website for more info or to order online. To whet your appetite ahead of the fourth installment, The Beat has a few exclusive preview pages below.
