July is here and that means Rebellion‘s Mega City Max is only a few short weeks away from its July 19 release. This special standalone aims to bring new YA takes on classic characters from the future world of Judge Dredd – and we have another sneak preview for you to check out, this time featuring De Marco P.I.!

2000 AD Presents: Mega City Max is a standalone anthology aimed to be accessible to today’s YA and teen audiences, produced by new voices to the world of Judge Dredd (Hannah Templer, Ramzee, Oliver Gerlach, VV Glass, Lucie Ebrey, Korinna Mei Veropoulou, and Roger Langridge), and featuring an eclectic mix of new takes on old characters – Harlem Heroes, De Marco P.I., Devlin Waugh and Walter the Wobot – with some new ones thrown in.
We already shared a preview of the new take on vampire problem-solver Devlin Waugh, and the House of Tharg has kindly allowed Beat Manor to share another glimpse of the forthcoming anthology special – this time focusing on former-Judge-turned-street-detective De Marco, as she struggles to strike out on her own as a private investigator in the Big Meg. And don’t forget, if you are attending San Diego Comic Con this month Rebellion/2000 AD will be in attendance with an exclusive Judge Dredd poster by graphic designer Matt Ferguson on sale in very limited quantities.
