Last issue, we saw the Golden Age hero’s sidekick, Tim, get his time in the spotlight. Now Black Terror, aka Bob Benton, is back in action in Black Terror #4. The hero has come up against an array of villains, including a hippie cult and even his own PTSD. This time the bad guy is groovier than he expected. Read the synopsis below:
