If you are missing your Game of Thrones fix, Dynamite has you covered. After a brief break thanks to the effects of COVID-19 on comics, George R. R. Martin’s A Clash of Kings (Vol. 2) #4 is set to release this week. The issue picks up where March’s issue #3 left off, adapting the tale from the halfway point of Martin’s 1998 novel of the same name.

Written by Landry Q. Walker (Red Lanterns, The Incredibles), Mel Rubi (Red Sonja, Doctor Strange) illustrates the book and offers a cover. Fans can also look for a B cover by Mike Miller as well as virgin and black and white variants.

Read the official synopsis from the publisher below:

Daenerys receives a dire warning while she basks in the comforts offered in the city of Qarth, while more than a thousand miles distant, Stannis makes his move on Ser Penrose and Storm’s End. Peace and diplomacy will be cast aside as the Red Woman Melisandre displays the full power of those who embrace R’hllor, the Lord of Light – much to the horror of those that bear witness to this magic. All this, and more, as another chapter unfolds in this visual adaptation of George R. R. Martin’s epic masterpiece, A Clash of Kings!

George R.R. Martin’s A Clash of Kings (Vol. 2) #4 hits shelves on Wednesday, June 17. Contact your local comic shop for your copy or order online on Dynamite’s website. For digital, check out Comixology, Kindle, iBooks, Google Play, Dynamite Digital, ComicsPlus, and more.
