Double Fine Productions, the long-independent studio behind Psychonauts and Broken Age, joins Xbox Games Studios in a big move by Microsoft. After a humorous statement about joining the team at E3 2019, Tim Schafer shared a gameplay trailer for Psychonauts 2, which — while not exclusive to the console — will be available on Xbox Games Pass at launch.

Psychonauts 2 isn’t available to order yet but I highly recommend the first game. The gameplay shows its age, but its sense of whimsy is timeless. You can order the Xbox version of the title here.
