DC rolled out their plans for this year’s Pride celebration today. Along with the first ever DC Pride event miniseries, Justice League: Dream Girls, DC also unveiled Pride-themed variant covers set to arrive on June-shipping titles, as well as a deluxe hardcover edition of last year’s DC Pride one-shot.

First, the art. Here are the eight DC titles that will be available with Pride variant covers in June, as well as the artists behind each cover:

  •  Batwoman #4, with cover art by Betsy Cola

  • Emperor Aquaman #18, with cover art by Bruka Jones

  • Justice League Unlimited #20, with cover art by Jessica Fong

  • Wonder Woman #34, with cover art by Fatima Wajid

  • New Titans #36, with cover art by Rachael Stott

  • Poison Ivy #45, with cover art by Don Aguillo

  • Harley Quinn #63, with cover art by Stephen Byrne

  • Detective Comics #1110, with cover art by Angel Solorzano

That’s a really nice variety of styles and characters represented in those covers. Superboy blocking The Ray’s rays on Stott’s New Titans cover is particuarly entertaining.

The hardcover edition of last year’s DC Pride one-shot, DC Pride: The Heart Wants, will be available at the end of May.  Here’s how DC describes the release:

Rounding out this year’s lineup is DC Pride: The Heart Wants, a hardcover collection of the 2025 DC Pride one-shot and additional stories spotlighting DC’s LGBTQIA+ characters. The book features stories from Tim Sheridan, Vita Ayala, Jude Ellison S. Doyle, Maya Houston, Sam Maggs, Josh Trujillo, Jenny Blake, and more, with art by Emilio Pilliu, Skylar Patridge, A.L. Kaplan, Max Sarin, Sara Soler Ester, Vincent Cecil, Alex Moore, and others. The collection continues DC’s tradition of bringing the previous year’s Pride stories to bookshelves in a premium format and celebrates the creators who have shaped DC Pride over the years.

As opposed to prior years’ anthology one-shots, last year’s DC Pride 2025 told one story told the full issue, with different creative teams all contributing to the single narrative. It was an interesting way to approach the issue, creating a cohesive narrative while still allowing a variety of creators and characters to be featured, almost like a crossover storyline on a smaller scale.

Look for DC Pride: The Heart Wants to land in stores on Tuesday, May 26th. The DC Pride 2026 variant covers will arrive in stores throughout the month of June.
