A backup series will look into the strange possibility of Princess Leia joining the dark side as part of the final issue of STAR WARS: DARTH VADER #50. Written by Greg Pak with art by Raffaele Ienco, this final Vader comic features a unique cover by artist Derrick Chew that unveils Leia’s new armor hinting at her potential new role in a new empire.
The comic run will meet its end concluding the Marvel Star Wars comics line set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. It is also now, the longest-running Darth Vader comic in history. You can read about it more below.
