It’s been more than a year since the Amazon Original Emmy-award winning animated series Niko and the Sword of Light premiered and fans of the delightful all-ages cartoon have been waiting with anticipation until Season 2 premieres. Well, the wait is nearly over. Perhaps not arriving in time for Christmas but still around the holiday season, return to a world of adventure and derring-do with the titular child hero Niko along with Lyra, Mandok, Flicker as well as the nefarious Nar Est on December 28. Of note, Niko is one of the final animated projects for acclaimed voice director Andrea Romano. Given her amazing body of work and multiple Emmy awards, should be an indication of the level of talent involved in the animated series.
