DC and Archie have both been using their comics to help raise money and support for charity in significant charity campaigns this last year, something for which they should be applauded. And last week Dark Horse Digital also helped spread a bit of cheer, as they opened their digital comics archive to the Children’s Cancer Association.
Across 36 hospitals across America, children can open up the Dark Horse Digital app and read any comics they want – absolutely all of them have been made available to read. This means these children can now read any number of the three thousand-odd comics Dark Horse have put online. Hurrah! Although, yes, before you ask – there’s an age gate on there to stop them seeing anything too naughty.
