Peter David will be writing the series, which features “Thor, The Hulk, Iron Man and other favorites,” with Brian Level doing the art for 4 issues and Juanan Rameriz providing the art for the middle 2 issues.  The story has the Avenger trying to avert Ragnarok.

  1. After the past ten years, after civil war 1 and civil war 2 and HYDRA-Cap I find it nearly impossible to think of these characters as heroic anymore. Peter David’s good but he’s got a lot of blackness to dig through before these characters are the good guys again and I can’t afford to see if he can do it.

  2. yeah, marvel seems to go back and forth with making their heroes good guys , then assholes, then back to good guys, then assholes, then good guys, it’s exhausting after a while. I’m hoping with legacy and the avengers reuniting in the next film that the books and movies can get back to heroes being heroes, fighting villains, and stop all this hero vs. hero nonsense, at least for the foreseeable future. that would be nice for a change.
