  1. APE always seems like the coolest thing ever! But it’s too far for me to attend. :(

Mocca needs to really become something similar.

  2. Big Head Press will be debuting (is that a word?) ODYSSEUS THE REBEL, by Steven Grant and Scott Bieser, at APE. The official release date of the book was set at October 14 so shops could get copies first and not feel slighted.

Steven and I will both be at the show, signing books and chatting with fans and colleagues.

  3. Exhibit A Press will have APE special guest Batton Lash, celebrating 30 years of “Wolff & Byrd, Counselors of the Macabre.” He’ll be signing the limited-edition “Supernatural Law Tales from the Vault Anniversary Special” as well as comics and trades. We’ll also have Batton’s “monster cameos,” one-of-a-kind hand-painted minatures of everyone’s favorite monsters. Plus: new Graphitti Designs Supernatural Law T-shirt! 4. Whirlwind Wonderland by Rina Ayuyang, a 128 page collection of autobiographical stories and musings about modern life, her Filipino American family and “Murder She Wrote”, will be debuting from Sparkplug Comic Books and Tugboat Press (tables 159-162).

  5. Me and my collective Cloudscape will be debuting “Funday Sunnies” our latest anthology, as well as previewing “Exploded View” which will be coming out in the spring.
