Anime NYC is on full blast and publishers announce eye-catching titles, hold panels and events to entice and connect with readers! On August 21, TOKYOPOP announced seven new manga titles, including a Boys’ Love title from a creator that belongs on the genre’s Hall of Fame, Psyche Delico.
