Looper is currently clocking in with a Rotten Tomatoes score of 92%, making the Rian Johnson time travel twister one of the highest rated films of this year. Men in Black director, Barry Sonnefeld, is in “talks” to direct the upcoming live action adaptation of IDW’s Lore, which has been described as, ““Men in Black with mythological creatures.” So that sounds, at the very least, consistent. (via Heat Vision)

Lastly, for those of you who have been waiting with bated breath for Warner Brothers to release a JLA movie, I have some palliative good news for you. The Warner Archive hosted a screening of Legend of the Superheroes: The Challenge, as part of their retro-licious Action Adventure Thon last weekend at LA’s Paley Center for Media last weekend.   1. Thor (who onced used to be equal to the Hulk in strength) has been written down a lot in the comics ans, sadly, even in the Avengers movie.

    I’m hoping that in his own movie the god of thunder will get a decent showing that also shows off his broad range of powers.
