Next month Dark Horse Comics will release The Oddly Pedestrian Life of Christopher Chaos #4. The latest issue of the horror coming-of-age series comes from the creative team of writers James Tynion IV Tate Brombal, artist Isaac Goodhart, colorist Miquel Muerto, and letterer Aditya Bidikar. Today The Beat is pleased to offer an exclusive look at the FOC cover for the issue by artist Phil Jimenez, as well as an early preview of the issue’s interior.

Main cover by Nick Robles

Here’s how Dark Horse describes the issue:

Christopher, Dracula Boy, and the rest of our teenaged monster team are rescued by a mysterious sewn-up giant and teleported to safety, but the group is split on how to go back to normal in a world of monster hunters who want them dead.

Along with the FOC variant by Jimenez, The Oddly Pedestrian Life of Christopher Chaos #4 sports a main and variant covers by Nick Robles and a 1:10 incentive variant cover by Joshua “Sway” Swaby

Here’s Jimenez’s FOC variant cover for the issue:

Christopher Chaos originally ran as part of writer James Tynion IV’s Tiny Onion Substack, and is one of two previously-digital titles to come to print from Dark Horse. The other series, the Michael Avon Oeming-illustrated Blue Book, concluded a five-issue run in June. A collection of that series is due out next month. Christopher Chaos is set to run six issues, with a collection of those issues scheduled for release in May of next year.

Check out the variant covers by Robles and Swaby, as well as the five-page interior preview for the issue, below. The Oddly Pedestrian Life of Christopher Chaos #4 is due out in stores and digitally on Wednesday, September 27th. The final order cutoff date for the issue is this Sunday, August 27th.
