The first trailer for U.A. Releasing and EON Productions‘ next James Bond movie, No Time to Die, is just a day away – maybe you saw the Insta-teaser in today’s Studio Coffee Run? – but the studios are building excitement by releasing six character posters for the movie.

Besides Daniel Craig in a fierce pose for the poster of what’s going to be his last stint as 007, we also get our first look at Lashana Lynch, who is rumored to be the NEXT 007. Also featured is Ana de Armas, star of Rian Johnson’Knives Out, one of this past weekend’s big hits, looking very “Bond Girl” as a character named “Paloma.” We also get Rami Malek  as the movie’s main villain “Safin” and Léa Seydoux, making the jump from the “Mission: Impossible” franchise to play “Madeleine Swann.” As of now, we don’t really know much about these characters and their relationship with Craig’s James Bond.

Maybe the most surprising is that Ben Whishaw‘s Q gets his own rather sexy character poster, maybe the first time in the entire franchise where Q has been used in the advance marketing, but that goes to show how popular Whishaw has become as an actor. (Whishaw won an Emmy and a Golden Globe for his role in the mini-series A Very English Scandal.)

No Time to Die  is directed by Cary Fukunaga,  best known for the first season of HBO’s Emmy-winning True Detective but whom also directed a terrific 2015 film called Beasts of No Nations, one of Netflix’s early film pick-ups.

No Time to Die will hit theaters on April 8, 2020, trying to follow the path of other popular franchises like the “Fast and Furious” and Captain America: the Winter Soldier to try to start the summer movie season a month early. The full trailer will drop tomorrow sometime.
