In case going to school in one dimension and living in another isn’t complicated enough, Ghost-Spider Annual (2019) #1 plops Gwen Stacy into Arcade’s Murderworld, where he thinks she’s Spider-Man and wants her to play… to fix a mistake Peter Parker made. Regardless of the case of mistaken identity, Gwen seemingly has just one path: fight for her life, save the girl, and get back to Earth-616 in one piece.
Ghost-Spider Annual (2019) #1 continues Marvel’s Acts of Evil event, which pits heroes against unlikely foes. Gwen joins the likes of She-Hulk, Wolverine, the Punisher and others for the series of annual issues (which aren’t interconnected, but do share that defining trait).
