A clear reference to comic creator Walter Simonson‘s acclaimed run on the Thor title, specifically Thor #365 (1985), “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner, or, It’s Not Easy Being Green” that featured the God of Thunder transformed into an amphibian courtesy of his mischievous brother Loki. as the result of a trick played by Loki.
