Nacelle, the company behind the recent revival of Biker Mice from Mars, RoboForce, Sectaurs and The Great Garloo, is excited to announce The Masked Bull will be the third action figure from wave two of their acclaimed C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa action figure line.
The Masked Bull is Cowtown’s most infamous outlaw! Sheriff Terrorbull is a volatile and thoroughly crooked enforcer whose temper is as explosive as his greed is endless. Though he struts through town as the so-called protector of Cowtown, his loyalty extends to just one figure: Mayor Bulloney, the political boss who handed him his position. To the public, Terrorbull plays the part of a hard-nosed lawman. In private, however, he manipulates the system for his own gain, twisting justice to suit his appetite for power and profit. What no one suspects is that the sheriff’s corruption runs even deeper. Beneath the cover of night, he sheds his official identity and becomes The Masked Bull, a dreaded outlaw who spreads chaos and fear everywhere his hooves lead him.
Marshal Moo Montana, Cowlamity Kate and the hulking Sheriff Terrorbull headlined the first wave of action figures from Nacelle that feature 23 points of articulation and a slew of unique, character-specific accessories. The figures debuted ahead of the new Wild West C.O.W.-Boys from Moo Mesa animated series, which Nacelle is currently developing alongside Biker Mice from Mars, RoboForce, Sectaurs, The Great Garloo and Power Lords. Nacelle is reviving the aforementioned brands with new toys, comic books, consumer products and animated shows that exist within a shared universe known as the NacelleVerse.
In Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa, a town in the Western plains becomes “cow-metized” by the light of a “cow-met”, before Marshal Moo Montana and his friends (known as the C.O.W-Boys) fight against outlaws to keep the peace in the new frontier. Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa was created by Ryan Brown, who is also known for his work on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
A pre-sale date for Moo Mesa wave two has yet to be announced.
“Lookout Cowtown! The Masked Bull is on the loose… in wave two!” said Brian Volk-Weiss.

Nacelle’s Biker Mice from Mars animated series is co-produced by Brian Volk-Weiss, Cisco Henson, Matt Kravitsky, and Michael Goodman from Nacelle, Maximum Effort’s Ryan Reynolds, George Dewey, Kevin Hill, and Ashley Fox.
