“Supernova, Part 2”

“Supernova, Part 2,” the final episode of Prodigy’s first season, is written by Kevin & Dan Hageman and directed by Ben Hibon.

Prodigy follows the ragtag crew of an “acquired” prototype Starfleet vessel called the Protostar: Captain Dal R’El (Brett Gray), Gwyn (Ella Purnell), Rok-Tahk (Rylee Alazraqui), Zero (Angus Imrie), Murf (Dee Bradley Baker), and Jankom Pog (Jason Mantzoukas). Guided by Hologram Janeway (Kate Mulgrew), the crew has spent the back half of the first season trying to ensure the weapon placed aboard the Protostar by The Diviner (John Noble) doesn’t activate, compelling all of Starfleet to destroy itself in retaliation for unwritten future events.

But can the young crew possibly succeed against the overwhelming odds stacked against them? Get a glimpse of what’s to come in the clip embedded below!
